What makes the Submersible different from the Luminor
Both share the crown guard and the cushion case. The Submersible adds:

The rotating bezel is the real difference. A diver lines its marker up with the minute hand to time a dive, and it turns one way only, so a knock can only shorten the time shown, never lengthen it. On the photos of your watch, check that the bezel marker sits exactly at 12. Our watches are for everyday wear, so the bezel is a handy timer for parking or cooking rather than for a dive.

Is a Panerai dive watch replica safe in water?
Rain and hand washing are fine. Don’t swim, dive or shower with it, even though it is a Submersible: the 300m printed on many dials is the original’s rating, and ours are made for everyday wear. Keep the crown guard lever closed.
