Free worldwide shipping on all Panerai replica watches
Shipping is free on every order, to almost every country. Your watch ships from our warehouse in Hong Kong with DHL or FedEx through a private logistics channel, fully tracked, in a plain unmarked box with no brand names on the outside. Checkout has a single option, free tracked shipping, so nothing is added to your total.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow the parcel on the courier’s website. The first scan can take up to 5 days after dispatch. If there’s still no update after that, send us your order number and we’ll check it for you.
You’ll almost never pay customs or import taxes, because our shipping channel clears customs for you. If a fee ever comes up, we refund it. If customs holds your parcel, we refund any fee you paid or reship the watch at our cost.
If your parcel is lost in transit and never arrives, we send you a replacement free of charge. Please double check your address at checkout: if the address was wrong or the courier couldn’t find it and it wasn’t sorted out quickly, a refund may not apply.
You can return your watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it’s unworn and still has its tags and packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason, and we’ll send you the return address. Ship it back with tracking. Return shipping is on you unless the watch is faulty or we made a mistake. We inspect the watch within 2-3 business days, then refund your original payment method within 7-10 business days. After 14 days we can’t accept returns.
If your watch arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, send us your order number with photos or an unboxing video within 14 days, and we’ll refund or exchange it at no cost.
Within 3-5 business days of payment we email you 8-12 photos and a video of your actual watch. We ship once you approve it (on a larger card order, once it’s fully paid). From payment to delivery it usually takes 15-21 business days, plus the time you take to approve. Customs checks or public holidays can add a few days.
US, UK, Europe, UAE: 12-16 business days
Canada: 14-18 business days
Australia, Japan: 14-20 business days
Brazil, South Africa: 16-22 business days
These times count from dispatch. To other countries most orders arrive in 12-16 business days. If you need your watch by a certain date, message us before you order.
You can ship to a different address from your billing address, just enter it at checkout. For a PO box, message us before you order and we’ll check it first. You can change the delivery address until you approve your QC photos. After that it can’t be changed.
