Quality assurance on every Panerai replica watch
Before your watch ships, we email you 8-12 photos and a video of it, and we send it only after you approve. That approval is what this guarantee rests on: if the watch you receive doesn’t match the photos you approved, we replace it or refund you.
After the 14 days, our team still helps with any problem, such as a movement that stops or a date that won’t change. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +86 176 8892 6769 with your order number.
If you’re not happy with your watch, return it within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with its tags and packaging, for a full refund. If it arrives faulty or not as described, we exchange it for free. Once we’ve inspected the returned watch, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Customer privacy is our priority. We never share your contact or billing details with anyone. Card payments go through a secure PCI-compliant payment page, so we never store your card number.
